No Refunds and Returns Policy

Overview
ePaperly is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform providing digital access and features delivered immediately online. Because our service is delivered digitally and access begins right away, all purchases are final as described below.
No Returns
We do not sell or ship any physical products. Access to the ePaperly service is digital and provisioned instantly. As such, there are no returns, exchanges, or shipments associated with your purchase.
No Refunds
All payments made to ePaperly are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to subscription fees, one-time charges, setup fees, and add-ons. Once you subscribe or purchase a plan, you will not be eligible for a refund, partial refund, or credit for any unused portion of the service.
Subscriptions and Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals.
- Access remains active until the end of your current billing period; we do not prorate or refund remaining time.
- To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before the renewal date shown in your account.
- If your plan includes usage-based or overage fees, applicable charges incurred prior to cancellation will still apply.
Trials, Demos, and Previews
If we offer a free trial or demo, you can cancel any time during the trial to avoid charges. Once the trial converts to a paid subscription and you are billed, the payment is non-refundable.
Billing Errors and Chargebacks
If you believe you were billed in error (for example, a duplicate charge), please contact us first so we can investigate and resolve it quickly. Where a genuine billing error is confirmed, we will correct it and may issue a refund or account credit at our discretion.
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks and provide proof of authorization and usage.
Service Availability and Credits
We strive to keep ePaperly available and reliable. In the event of service issues or downtime, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore the service. Any service credits (if offered) are provided at our discretion and are not refunds.
Your Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. If the law in your jurisdiction requires a refund in specific circumstances, we will comply with those obligations.
